Self-Talk Coaching

Through private self-talk life coaching sessions, Maryse is delighted to work with you to explore and transform your inner speech. Maryse’s has developed a unique self-talk coaching program called Speaking to Yourself with Love®.

Self-talk coaching can be in person, via Skype or by telephone from anywhere in the world. Coaching can be in the form of a one-off session, recurring occasionally or via a regularly scheduled self-talk transformation program. Your self-talk program is custom-tailored just for you. You will also receive self-talk materials to guide you with your coaching program.
