Through a multitude of exercises, we will look deep within to explore self-worth, self-love and how to work with our bodies to create peace and harmony in our life.
Declutter our self-talk and get rid of old inner messages that no longer serve us regarding our relationships.
During this one-day workshop we will:
- Set clear intentions for relationships we wish to attract, transform or build.
- Create strong and loving boundaries for our relationship with others.
- Visualize peaceful and joyful times where we feel supported and nurtured in our relationships.
- Guided meditations and group healing to ground ourselves deep into our beings.
