A fun mindfulness class for children with meditation, stories, movement, breathing, art, music. No experience necessary. Our intention is to decrease anxiety and stress, and increase self-regulation, calm, self-esteem, and compassion.
There is a class for two age groups being offered.
The class for children 6 to 9 years old will be held from 11 am to 12 pm.
The class for children 9 to 11 years old will be held from 1 pm to 2 pm.
There is a separate ticket for each age groups.
