I am blown away by the photographs of water crystals taken by Japanese scientist Dr Masaru Emoto.
He taped messages to distilled water samples, and then took photos. The positive and loving words such as “love and appreciation” and “thank you” created beautiful snowflake like patterns in the water. The kind words transformed the water, bringing order and beauty to it.
He also taped negative messages to water such as “You make me sick; I will kill you”. They had the opposite effect on the water, creating disorder, discolour, and toxicity.
We’re 70% made of water. Imagine the power that your inner words have over your well-being.
So I invite you, as soon as you can, to tell yourself some beautiful and kind words.
Here are some ideas, and if you are inspired, make up others:
Thank you for taking care of me today.
I think you’re pretty awesome.
I love you.
I will always be there for you.
Let’s have a little fun!
I am so impressed by how courageous and resilient you have been.
Rest now.
