As I heal so does the world.

"As I heal, the whole world heals."

So many of us have strong wishes for what we want to see in the world right now. We want the world to be more healthy, more free, more joyous, more easy, and way more loving. This all starts with us, and can in fact start with our self talk.

Each one of us is a drop of water in the ocean. We are part of the whole. We are all made of the same stuff, yet we are also different, unique, special in our own way.

As a drop of water in the ocean, when I become healthier, more peaceful, and happy, the whole ocean becomes that way too. Maybe the other drops around me are inspired to find ways to heal too. Maybe health is even more contagious than disease and they become healthy in all ways: mentally, emotionally, spiritualy, and physically. Then there’s a pocket of water that is more healthy, happy and peaceful. Then this pocket of healthy water spreads and spreads and spreads.

If I’m more healthy as one drop, so is the ocean.
If if I’m more joyous as one drop, so is the ocean.
If I’m more free as one drop, so is the ocean.
If I’m more loving as one drop, so is the ocean.

So if I want to live in a world that is healthy, joyous, free, and loving, then I must be those things myself.  This shows us just how much power we hold. It means we don’t need for anything to change outside ourselves to be these things.

We can use our self talk to be more healthy, joyous, free, and loving. Our inner words ignite us. As you say such gorgeous words to yourself, every cell in your body becomes more healthy, joyous, free and loving. You are transformed by your self talk. Then the world transforms. So let’s do it. Let’s each one be these things and the world follows suit.

Join me in saying:
I am healthy.
I am peaceful.
I am happy.
I am free.
I am loving.
I am joyous.
I am boundlessly powerful.

Thank you for reading.
With love,

Choosing Inner Words of Healing and Self Care

With this illustrated volume, you choose inner words of healing and well-being. You are one system. Your body and mind are connected. What you say to yourself influences your health, your well-being and your ability to heal. Everything that you say to yourself—whether positive or negative, life-affirming or life-denying—travels through your entire body and affects each one of your cells. Dr Candace Pert calls it the bodymind system.

Dr Pert discovered what are called neuropeptides, or messenger molecules. She found that your brain will transmit everything it hears and which creates emotion into a messenger molecule. Each messenger molecule carries a message of happiness or unhappiness in it. For instance, if I tell myself that I am unlovable, that self-talk will create a molecule that carries a message of unhappiness in it, which then travels to every one of my cells. When my cells receive this message, they can actually shut down, affecting my entire immune system. The opposite is also true, though. When my cells receive a happy message, it tells them to be healthy and to perform their normal functions.
Be careful what you say to yourself because your whole body, your whole mind, your whole self, is listening.

This volume is 10 pages. It includes inspirational stories, illustrations, and exercises to learn new loving and positive self-talk skills – plus space to write, doodle and draw.

This is not a hard copy book, this is an immediately downloadable PDF file.
