Tap Into the Power of Morning and Raise Your Frequency with Cherished Rituals

A cornerstone of my practice for physical, emotional and spiritual wellness is to spend time in the morning raising my vibration to set the tone for the day.
 
Generally, I spend about 1 hour or more meditating, praying, and making declarations of who I am and what I choose for my life. Then I may take a few moments to write in my journal. I take the time to connect to my higher self, and the Divinity in me. I focus on love, abundance, on what is lovely and delightful in my life right now or in the future, filling my heart with gratitude.
 
Some mornings, it’s effortless—everything flows, and I feel connected, energized, and alive. But on other days, I wrestle with low energy, old thought patterns, or negative feelings. It’s like there's this heavy momentum that takes a lot of energy to shift. But I don't give up. I keep pushing forward, making progress, no matter how small, until I’ve lifted myself up and found some peace, even if just a little. I’ve done it so many times that I know it’s not only possible, but necessary for the life I want to live. 

I know that when I elevate my vibration, my reality shifts. 
 
My mornings practices have been so worth it and true for me that I wrote 5-Minute Morning Magic – a book of inspirational writings- and I created Arise AM – a vibrational energy tea – to provide a tiny bit of assistance for those choosing to start the day higher up on the frequency scale.
