My soul belongs to me: Self Talk for Freedom

I may need to stay at home, but I am free.  I am a sovereign person, and as such I get to decide what anything means to me, and what I accept as true.

I have complete freedom over the following and way more:

·       I get to decide the meaning this situation has for me.

·       I get to decide what my self-talk is, and what I will accept in my inner speech.

·       I get to decide what words I use to describe myself, my life and those around me.

·       I get to decide who I am.

·       I get to decide what I say about who I am.

·       I get to decide if I open my heart, and open my mind.

·       I get to decide if I have faith and what that looks like.

·       I get to decide what I will not participate in and with my participation make stronger. Things like fear, gossip, criticism, judging and shaming.

·       I get to decide how I care for my inner self and my body.

·       I get to decide what I say.

·       I get to decide how I act.

·       I get to decide what love I will give and to whom.

·       I get to decide whether something is a yes or a no for me.

·       I get to decide what is important to me,   and if I live in accordance with that.

My soul is my own. It cannot be bought, coerced, or stolen. My soul belongs to me.

My self-talk:

·       I am free.

·       My soul belongs to me.

·       I decide what meaning I give everything and everyone in my life.

·       I choose to open my heart and open my mind.
