It’s not a luxury to have joy and delight in our self talk. In fact, it’s a necessity. And the harder the world is, the more we need it.
A positive self talk message: If someone like you -- aware, awake, compassionate, big-hearted -- stops believing, then good golly, who will be left? If not you, then who? If not me, then who? Do you think that there is someone better out there, better than you, who can be a healer of the people and the planet? Who can be a creator of a healthy new way of living here on earth? Who, if not you, would love this place enough?
A positive self talk message: Because this is where my wellbeing, my health, my joy and my power really lie: in my whole, infinite self. My wholeness. Now that's a beautiful word. Wholeness. My true self.
There's magic that is created when you come together with liked-minded, and like-hearted people. Things you could not do or solve on your own happen and resolve. It's the power and grace of togetherness. 1 + 1 does not equal 2 in these circumstances. It is a sum much greater than its parts.
